A group of concerned citizens serve on the Board of Directors to oversee the Prince Albert Crime Stoppers Program. These board members meet regularly to manage and promote the program, raise funds and authorize reward payments. The volunteer board of directors actively administers and is responsible for the program.

Crime Stoppers of Prince Albert is a non-profit organization and is responsible for raising funds and the disbursements of rewards. The Board of Directors works in close cooperation with the Police Service and all members of the media.

The Prince Albert Police Service provides a coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations and staff to receive tips called into the Crime Stoppers hot line.
